Get Fit! Stay Fit! Be Healthy! Hi, I'm your trainer and coach, Jennifer Wolfe! I'm ready to help you with over a decade of education and experience in the heath and fitness field. I have a Master Degree from Western Illinois University in Exercise Science, Sport and Exercise Psychology and also in Fitness Management. I've done everything from managing a fitness center to teaching undergraduate college courses. My extensive nutrition training has proven useful in helping people achieve their health-related goals. I'm a nationwide presenter and author of several published articles. I truly love helping people look and feel better both inside and out! |

| Here’s a short list of the type of group fitness classes I teach or have taught: spinning, kickboxing, any strength training, boot camp, pilates, stroller fitness classes, aquatic classes (including aqua step & deep water), hi/lo impact, step (including double step), hip hop dance, salsa, treading, rebounding, yoga, and chair aerobics. |
